Shopping and shipping

Delivery in South Africa is done from the Pretoria office, and is sent out via courier to the physical address, or by Post Office Speed Courier Service if delivery is to a P.O. Box address. When sending with the Post Office, clients will need to collect their parcels from the relevant counter in the post office - using the "tracking number" which we will e-mail you.

The cost to have your parcel delivered via courier or via the Post Office is R 30.00 per parcel. 

Delivery time

Orders received and successfully processed before 11 am is still packed and dispatched the same day with our courier company for "overnight" delivery.

If you are situated in a major center of South Africa, your parcel will arrive the next day - smaller centers take 2 - 3 days for delivery.

Credit cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as Diners Club on our secure shopping cart - operated by Americart.

Direct payment

Apart from using a credit card for billing, clients can also transfer money directly into our bank account. All you need to do is to e-mail us your name, address, telephone number and the items you require and indicate when the money is being transferred.

Proof of payment can be faxed to 012.361 0061.

On receiving the payment the order department will dispatch your order.

Checks

We no longer accept personal or business checks and do not execute COD (cash on delivery) orders.

Fax orders

Should a client prefer to fax us an order, they can simply print out the fax order form, fill it in and fax it through to us, and billing will be done to your credit card account.
